Sixth Form Open Evening
The Sixth Form Open Evening takes place on Tuesday 18 November 2008 at
Wormestall from 5.30-9.00pm. There will be subject presentations given
throughout the evening. Find out about the range of academic and
vocational courses plus extra curricular activities available. Just one
of these is the recent Champions of Enterprise competition (pictured)
where business and entrepreneurial skills were developed.
British Food Fortnight
During
British Food Fortnight food technology students worked with chef Barry
Fairchild to cook tasty dishes using locally grown produce. The group
picked apples from the school grounds to make pies and desserts. They
also enjoyed the chef's demonstration of roasted tomato and goats
cheese tarts.
